Commercial Solar Energy Services
Solar Energy can be a useful addition to the income stream for any business and is perhaps an ideal way of investing in the future. By investing profits in renewable energy, not only does the business gain with a level of free electricity but also a tax free quarterly Feed in Tariff payment for 25 years.
Renewable energy schemes are also elligible for other tax incentives beyond FITs .

Large scale Installations
Changes to the government sponsored Feed in Tariif regime means that investing in very large scale solar energy systems for profit might not be supported, however systems up to 50kW allowing for appropriate connections to the local utility supply will be eligible for the FIT scheme meaning most businesses with a suitable roof will be well placed to benefit from FITs.

Who should consider Solar PV?
While a large scale installation of solar thermal might be recommended for specific commercial operations where the generated and stored hot water might be used locally, the business benefit with solar electricity is largely down to the incentive within the Feed in Tariff.
Any business with alarge roof that is expected to be around for the next 25 years and more and will allow for solar panels to be oriented as Southerly as possible is well placed to benefit from FITs and electricity generation.
